5 Bedroom, 4 Bathrooms. 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twin beds. 4 TV's, DVD, wireless internet, 2 gas log fireplaces, charcoal BBQ, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, double garage, decks, hot tub. This beautifully furnished, comfortable home is 3 levels and just across the street from the ocean. Beautiful ocean view. The hot tub is on the back, upstairs deck and has ocean view. The entry level is the main part of this house. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as the living room, dining area and kitchen. The upstairs is the main master bedroom and bathroom and a second living area with the hot tub out on the deck of the living area. The downstairs is two smaller bedrooms and a full bathroom . This is our 4th time renting this beach house. It is set up to where it suits all our family needs. The views, access to walking trails, close to shopping and restaurants, this house location is the best. Many memories made here!

This home was perfect for my families spring break trip. We had plenty of room for 9 adults and an 18 month old. The house was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Heidi from the property management was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The house was across the street from the ocean and has absolutely gorgeous views. Just up the street is the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve with great walking trails and views. I would love to stay again!!!

This 5 bedroom home is very spacious, clean and well appointed. Wonderful views of the ocean and fiscilini Ranch is close by for hiking and walking. We had a wonderful time there!

Originally selected primarily because it had 5 bedrooms and could accommodate my retired graphic designer friends, this house exceeded every expectation and we all fell in love with the art dotting every space. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, and a terrific location looking at the ocean but with easy nearby access to beach/park and Ranch. ...and doesn't hurt that CVR are a joy to work with!

The view from the kitchen nook and window seat were excellent and peaceful. The top floor with the extra large bedroom seating area and hot tub was a perfect place for some of us to enjoy from the main living room that football games were being played. ��

We had a family reunion, 12 of us plus two dogs. So comfortable with two master suites and three additional bedrooms. Ocean views out of almost all windows. We all felt so special.The owners have such pride in their home - very clean and bright, and a wonderful collection of art and decor.Hot tub was a hit and the walks to Fiscalini and Shamel parks were delightful.We will be back!

This spacious house offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. While a few items are showing signs of wear, the home is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Upgrading to larger TVs with streaming capabilities and refreshing the landscaping would enhance the experience even more. The management team is outstanding—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Cambria provides a truly idyllic setting for a memorable family vacation!
