Perfect location to host family from the East Coast.

Sixth time we have stayed in the Sea Watch in the last 20 years. Super well-equipped kitchen, spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and all the amenities you need for a great stay. Close to the East-West trails, ocean views from the upstairs living area.

we have had an extended stay in Cambria for over 12 years. this is our favorite house and we have been in some impressive houses. House was impeccably clean when we arrived, the fridge was spotless and a couple of the jets in the spa that had been out had been repaired- spa was great. for a beach home with full window floor to ceiling facing west it is able to control the afternoon temps well (some can get a bit warm due to less than stellar air movement). downstairs (bedrooms) is always cool and great for sleeping, the two front bedroom windows are easily close enough to hear the surf well if you want that experience.. nothing needs to change/improve

We've rented this house at least 5 times in the past and never been disappointed. Location is everything. The deck is huge and that's the best part. House is always clean and views are breath taking. Love the walks and access to the ranch. We'll do it again.

Location between Fiscalini Ranch and Lampton Cliffs is lovely location for long walks.

Beautiful house and neighborhood. The house has everything you need. We had a fantastic holiday and the weather was perfect.

Our dispersed family was not able to come home for Christmas this year so we rented this spacious and open-feel house for an early Christmas together. The place was immaculate and nicely furnished, especially the kitchen. It was highly recommended by several that we ought to make this a regular tradition. Just a word to future renters, every amenity is provided except bath body wash soap and shampoo. We just bought some at the local grocery store. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Also close to the beach for walks and collecting stuff washed up on the shore.

Absolutely wonderful! We love this property, it's always our first choice when coming to visit Cambria. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to bake and cook while enjoying a great view.

We've been visiting this home for years. It has served as an escape for us to rest and recharge from our work lives in the city. It never disappoints. It's comfortable, quiet, clean, with beautiful views. I recently celebrated my 60th birthday here, it was awesome. Also, Cambria Vacation Rentals staff are always accomodating, responsive and friendly. I can't wait to return next year!

We enjoyed our week in Cambria. This home is in a great location and very quiet. Love the deck, we sat out there every afternoon. Requested an umbrella to use on the deck and they were more than happy to supply it. It made a world of difference when on the deck in the sun. This place is always so clean and the owners had made some furniture upgrades. Very nice. We've rented this place 3 or four times now. Just beautiful.
Weather was perfect. Upper sixties to mid seventies. Perfect for fall and enjoying the deck and views. September can be hot, but we were pleasantly surprised.

We enjoyed this home and it’s beautiful location with our son, his wife and 16 year old granddaughter. Everyone had their own room and en-suite bathroom which was especially nice with a teenager.
It was so relaxing sitting on the top story watching ocean biologicals as we refer to anything moving in the ocean. Peaceful and serene! The kitchen area had everything needed but we actually only prepared breakfast each morning and enjoyed local restaurants for the most part.
The dining room and “office” area were special as the furnishings reminded me of the Golden Girls with a tropical vibe.
Home was immaculate, close proximity to ocean and felt like it was home for the three nights there.
We would definitely use the management company again!

Suffice it to say; we would return to this AirBnB. Everything was exceptional: motif, beds, kitchen supplies (above & beyond), view - which comes WITH the crashing sound of the waves & migrating fowl, ease of entry and all of the little extras one could wish for.

We have been coming to Cambria since the early nineties and this home is by far the best we have had the pleasure to visit. We will be back.

Our Cambria vacation is always a treat, especially when we have the privilege of staying at our favorite rental,Seawatch.
The location is perfect.You can watch whales from the living room or on the deck. You can head out the door and walk in any direction.The house is private, quiet, and safe. Every room is very clean and the upstairs is always bright and lovely even on those foggy central coast mornings. We also appreciate the vacation staff and everything they do to make our stay wonderful.We are already looking forward to our return visit!

It was not our typical Cambria get away but Sea watch was a cozy safe harbor for. The storms of 2023.

This is our 2nd year staying a week here. That should say it all!

My oldest daughter and I spent 5 days here during the worst storm of the decade. You would think that would be a bad experience, but it was wonderful. We were able to relax, enjoy the view, cook and go for walks in between the rain to view the changing landscape. The property is even more beautiful than the description, very clean and so close to the ocean (which I absolutely loved!) We enjoyed the Moonstone Grill and Las Cambritas restaurants but mostly we enjoyed staying in and cooking whatever we wanted. We hope to return again as soon as we can find openings!

Immaculate, very well appointed and stocked. Lots of games to play and enjoy time by the fireplace with family on the (several) rainy days. The deck and bbq are great and the sound of the surf was wonderfully relaxing. Highly recommend!

I love visiting Cambria, and this home has always been a comfortable place to stay and significant in the years I've been visiting. It's like a home away from home, and my friends and I have shared many beautiful memories here through the years. We love it.

Some quiet time with family in a nice house with a good view and close proximity to the ocean. The only drawback was having to checkout as early as we did.

Every year I treat my 3 adult daughters to a mini vacation. They loved this property because of the view and the open layout & how well the kitchen was stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Third time at this house so obviously we like the place. Rental agency was perfect also. Spa still has issue of some jets not operating but otherwise spa is fine. Property was clean and ship shape.

As always Cambria vacation rentals did an excellent job. The only thing that should be look into is some of the jets on the spay are not working. everything else was great. I have used your rental company for over 30 years and will continue to do so.

From the moment we arrived Monday evening it was the perfect vacation. It was easy to pick up the keys and arrive at our house for the week. Sea Watch has everything you need. The house is situated perfectly. Whether you are sitting on the deck or sitting inside with the big picture windows it is made for gazing out at the sea. The house is lovely, comfortable, and has a great kitchen.
We enjoyed long walks everyday. We had delicious food and wine from Robins, The French Bakery, and True Earth. A nice surprise was the night sky from the deck! Shooting stars and the Milky Way were very visible while we were there. Thank you Sea Watch!

We absolutely love this home! What a blessing to be able to spend Thanksgiving at the Seawatch. So thankful for the time with family in such a beautiful home with a spectacular view of the ocean. Thank you for the 7 or 8 times we have had the opportunity to stay at this house, and hope to have many more.

Came with my family to experience Halloween. Wasn't disappointed. What was really nice was the fact the this home was so clean. Whoever cleaned this place did a remarkable job. Made the stay that much better. This home is so relaxing. Thank You.

I've been staying at this rental home at least once or twice a year for well over 10 years. To say that I like it us an understatement, I wish that it was mine, lol. I've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, (my own wedding day) holidays and just getaways here with friends and its a place that I always look forward to coming to. The rhythm that I find here is on par with the rhythm of the sea itself. The house is well appointed, perfect for couples, quiet, comfortable, and views that can't be beat. I only wish it was available more often, because I would return more often!

We had a great experience. The people in the office were responsive and helpful when we emailed. The property was very clean and in a great location. We will definitely be using this rental agency again, hopefully next year!

This is an incredible rental. From what it looks like to the owners thinking about every inside experience, and providing for it, this IS THE PLACE ! From the views, both within the house, and from the deck, to the beyond chefs stocked kitchen, I can't imagine needing anything else in a rental. Very clean and well thought out. Super quite residential area, but within less than 10 minutes from anything you want in Cambria.

Have rented this property many times. Well stocked and immaculately clean when we arrive. Love the ocean views and sounds of the waves!

I rented this house recently for the 4th time over 5 years for our annual trip (the pandemic precluded 2020). We love this house, it is (almost) perfect with one exception: The HVAC system only services the lower bedroom level. With all the windows (which give fab views), it can get very hot upstairs. Most of the time, it is very manageable with open windows and the dining room fan, so don't let it deter you, just be aware. The deck is spectacular giving 270o views while you sip your wine at sunset. And in the morning, you are situated perfectly to meander (or power walk) the bluffs of Fiscalini. On this trip, the hot tub wouldn't heat, but we called and it was quickly fixed the next day. 100% recommended!

After twice cancelling our return to Sea Watch, the CVR staff were gracious to fit us in in March of 2021. The three day drive from Washington was fraught with mixed cleanliness and COVID precautions. Walking into the sparkling clean house, faintly smelling of disinfectant was a joy. Added bonus, our 50th anniversary and poppy season - priceless. Nearby Fiscilini Ranch walks restored our faith in the future.

Best place for a R&R vacation. We’ve stayed at this beautiful, well maintained, home several times and never disappointed. The owners constantly update their home which lends itself to a warm and comfortable place to stay. Their kitchen is well stocked if you enjoy cooking or can take out at many of the restaurants and have dinner on their deck where you have a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean. You will be glad you chose this home for your vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed. It is just a short walk to the water, however, it is not a beach, you still have to drive to get to the beach. There is a great walking trail nearby though that goes right along the cliff side. We had an amazing time and would book again.

For years this house has served as a beautiful retreat for my friends and I. This year's visit was extra special because we hadn't seen eachother due to Covid lockdowns. We cherished every moment, and look forward to coming back more often than once a year, we need to, for our happiness!

Only thing hot tub was not functioning...and had not been advised before or when checking in.

This home has everything you need and is extremely well-kept by its owner. Kitchen is well appointed. The view over the top of a home in the foreground is excellent. Bedrooms are comfortable. The only negative comment would be that the heating system has a mind of its own that I never understood.

We have stayed in this house many times and just love it! We try looking at other places to rent but keep coming back to Sea Watch, it feels like home.
I would recommend having more paper towels and trash bags, especially during a thanksgiving dinner weekend, as we cook every day we are there and had to purchase more paper towels and trash bags.

My friends and I have been renting Sea Watch every year for almost 10 years. It's the perfect home for R&R and is very accommodating for a group of 4-6. We cook our own meals here,as the kitchen is well appointed. The views are awesome, and the area is quiet, just the way we like it. I wish that I could stay there more than once a year, its rejuvenating. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of umbrella or shade option on the deck/patio, as the full sun during the day can make it too warm to sit out there and enjoy for any extended period of time. I give this home 5 stars all day, and can't wait to return again to Sea Watch!

House was clean and perfect. Stayed here last year because I can get my small fishing boat and both my truck and wife's car in the driveway. At one point we dropped something on the dining room floor (tile). My wife used a paper towel to wipe it up and the towel came back with no sign of dirt - that is a crazy clean floor. all amenities are as stated.

We have rented this house 3 or 4 times in the last year. That should say it all. Great house, great location, great hot tub, great ocean view, close to hiking/walking trails on the coast. We decided to try Robin's restaurant again and was delighted at the food and service.

This is a great house for a family with adult children as each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One downside is one of the bedrooms has twin beds that are a bit small for taller adults. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cook or bake almost anything. There is a nice deck with a bbq in the front of the house. Although the house is very clean, but it is a bit worn and faded. A bit of updating would be nice.
