My mom recently sold her home in Cambria and we wanted a home with a kitchen on our visit. This location was amazing for my kids by the beach and close to the Fiscalini ranch. The house has incredible views and you can hear the ocean at night. Super clean and cute inside too. We’ll definitely be renting it again if it’s available. The management company is also a 10/10.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for New Year’s and we loved the location of the home. The home is so close to a beautiful mountain trail to view the entire ocean, near Shamel Park, and near the costal access through the park. It’s a very quiet neighborhood at night too. The home fit all 4 of us comfortably. The downside is that it was a very rainy and cold week and we needed the home to be warm throughout as the 2 queen bedrooms are downstairs and the King bedroom is upstairs. We were trying to figure out the thermostat as the downstairs remained very cold and it was a clear difference when walking down the stairs, you felt it get cold. My grandmother had joined us and she is very sensitive to temperatures, so while she was originally going to remain in the bottom Queen room, she had to stay upstairs and so did the rest of us to stay in the warm area of the house. We contacted the staff and they were helpful in bringing someone over to help take a look and they were able to set the thermostat to a temperature we wanted and helped close the upstairs vents and open all downstairs vents to see if that would help, but unfortunately the downstairs still remained very cold. We made it work but it was unfortunate that we didn’t enjoy all the rooms comfortably. Make sure to also bring extra toilet paper and all your personal needs and belongings as there are only 1 extra roll in each bathroom and only hand soap, which one of the bathroom didn’t have a hand soap so we thankfully had brought our own extra soaps and personal shower washes and hair shampoo/conditioner, etc. Something else to note is that when we got there the upstairs bedroom and one of the downstairs bedroom where the bed is a Murphy bed, had what felt like sand on the top bed cover. There’s also some spider webs such as in the half bathroom attached to the tissue box. Overall, we had such a relaxing time and the staff were so kind and accommodating as were the

We returned to this beach house because it's pretty nice and a one-block walk to the beach in one direction and a tiny park with amazing views in the other. We love the option of staying in this one spot 24-7 and having it all. The folks at CVR are as nice as can be.

We loved our stay at Nottingham! The views and location are amazing, we loved the close proximity to the ocean and to the little park just a block away. We walked to town, relaxed, and just had a great experience. We took daily walks at the nature preserve just a few blocks away; it is absolutely magical! The house was clean and comfortable, the floor plan was great. The kitchen and appliances were one of the best aspects of the home. A couple things to note, some of the blinds were broken, probably from a lot of use, but it would be great if those were fixed and there was no laundry detergent but we bought some so we could use the laundry.

We have stayed at this home multiple times. Each time our experience improves. We are very happy with the new mattresses. We slept soundly to the sounds of the ocean. The location is great by a park and only steps to the beach. We hope to stay here again

Blocks from the ocean and the sound of surf in your ears as you fall asleep, what a wonderful stay. . Nice park within an easy walk for the little visitors. I liked the birdwatching on the small creek that flowed into the beach. Several egrets, a swan, and lots more. Best kitchen I've ever cooked in. Would return in a heartbeat

Nottingham rental was wonderful! Home was clean and well equipped. Ocean views were amazing and beach access just a short walk down the street. Loved the outdoor space and proximity to everything we wanted to see was perfect!

Two older couples from Southern Ca. went wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles, then spent two days relaxing, walking the area, eating excellent local farmer's market food from a well stocked kitchen, and swilling wine on the deck overlooking the ocean. Delightful weekend!!

We loved staying here and the location couldn't be better. Half block from Shemel Park and the beach and a short walk to the Fiscalini Nature Preserve which is wonderful. Very comfortable for a longer stay, kitchen is fully equipped, sofa and chairs great for lounging. Will miss watching the pelicans and cliff swallows every morning. Laundry was also a great convenience.

Great house and location! Sadly, on New Years day, there were workers right behind the house on a different home, banging and drilling building new stairs. Another great trip to Cambria. Once again the home is great. The weather was against us but even with rain and wind our stay was so nice.

As always our experience was seamless and enjoyable! We love coming to Cambria and using cambria vacation rentals makes it super easy! We will definitely be back! We had an amazing time as always!

This home is in a wonderful location, just steps to the beach. It was clean and you could hear the waves crashing on the beach. The garage is very small and a tight fit for a larger vehicle. It is unfortunate the most comfortable bed was the Murphy bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms. We would highly recommend the owners replace the bed in the master bedroom!!!!!!

This is a very well-appointed home in a wonderful location. Easy access to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings. A couple suggestions to take it to a higher level: add a hot tub to the back yard; add some basic kitchen supplies such as a good set of measuring spoons, liquid measuring cups, a few pieces of glass or plastic leftover containers. Also, the master bed has developed a significant high spot in the middle, so would be good to replace.

Very nice property, condition is as nice as the pictures. Kitchen is very well equipped if you like to cook. Great location for ocean views, beach access, and within walking distance to the west village. Only complaint is that the master mattress is not in good shape. For the price of this rental, should be a no-brainer to replace it.

This home was lovely! Great patio to watch the sunset each night from! Great location for walking either to Fiscallini Ranch, or to Moonstone Beach.Thus home had all the amenities, well stocked kitchen, and I would definitely stay here again! Cambria Vacation Rentals have been great to work with.

We have been renting vacation properties in Cambria for over 30 years. It happens to be our 2nd time renting this property. It's in a great location to Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach and walking distance to town. Very clean and a superb Kitchen. Great views as well. We will definitely rent it again.

I would love to give this a bad review just to keep people away and keep this home for myself. The truth is the house is great. The location is perfect, beautiful ocean views, short walk to the beach. The home is well maintained and clean. It is definitely one of our favorite places to stay.

We loved this house, especially the kitchen! It was close to the ocean so we could sit on the deck, listen to the ocean and watch the stars. The park just down the road provided easy beach access for walks along the water. Cambria is a cute little town. Loved everything about this house and hope to be back!

This was a short stay, but we will definitely be back. The home was updated with high end fixtures , appliances, window treatments etc. I am very picky of where I stay, extremely paranoid of bed bugs�� This home was super clean, the view from the balcony was perfect. I needed a few days away and this home made my stay exceptional. Great house, very clean , worth the money.

The house is great, the balcony gives you great views of the ocean with a perfect breeze. I wanted to say stay away from this house it’s terrible just to keep it for myself. This house is now one of our favorites. Well kept, rustic yet modern. The extra large shower is great. Plenty of room.

The house had everything we needed for ourselves and our two kids to have a great stay. The view of the ocean was beautiful, it was an easy walk to the beach and to the park, and just a short drive to downtown.Our only issues were the broken refrigerator; however, we were warned of this ahead of time and the mini-fridge and freezer provided was sufficient for our stay. The other issue was the smoke alarm battery alert which went off at 5am on our last day. Unfortunately, the alarm is in the vaulted ceiling and too high to reach. There was no ladder on the premises. Even after opening hours, no one answered the office phone, so there was no way for us to report this. It was a loud alarm that went off every minute, so we had no choice but to leave the property early.

The Home made for a wonderful weekend. A very nice newly remodeled home with many upgrades. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

My family and I celebrated my wife's birthday and the location was perfect. It was a short walk (about a block) to the beach and park. It was less than 5 minutes to the downtown area. You can walk but you would need to cross over the 1 freeway. their is a great view of the ocean from the deck and living room and kitchen. There is furniture on the deck that we didn't see in the images. We will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this house.

This house is very cozy and almost like new. It was just my wife and I and we ended up only really using the upstairs portion. The kitchen has all professional appliances and was fun to use. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Great location, probably was the best of any house we have previously rented in Cambria. For sure it would not be handicapped accessible and neighbors tend to be quite close; but for us neither were a problem. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

This home had a great view of the Pacific Ocean and was very spacious. It was modern and clean. The only issue there was no shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I tried calling the management office and no body answered and I e-mailed no answer. I would recommend having access to these items. Other than that I will be back.

This is a great home with perhaps the nicest kitchen of any home ever rented in Cambria. The location is excellent with ocean views and close to Shammel Park. The only thing I would do is update the beds. Not very comfortable

By far among the best home rental experiences I have ever had. We traveled with our two kids and the location is perfect. Across the street from the park with easy beach access and still walking distance from both town and the nature preserve. The place was spotless, the gourmet kitchen was stocked with nearly everything we needed to cook (note to owners: some measuring cups/spoons would be helpful), and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The photos do not do justice to the amazing view. We love this home and renting with Cambria Vacation Rentals and can't wait to come back.

This rental was so Beautiful inside, great kitchen, full of every utensil you would ever need, spacious, comfortable, the deck overlooking the ocean was great, lots of outside seating with nice cushions , with table and chairs. Master bedroom was beautifully decorated. Nice big Tv in family room, very open home! Would definitely rent this one again, 1/2 a block to beach, great neighborhood!❤️❤️

The team at Cambria Vacation Rentals is the best. Very responsive to all our needs. This is a very nice home with first class upgraded appliances and great views of the ocean. The home itself has first rate finishes throughout. To the owner of this lovely home: There are no comfortable seats in the entire living, dining or the kitchen counter areas. Only one ottoman in front of the sofa is not enough. A large salad bowl, deeper dinner plates and a few extra cereal bowls would be nice. All in all a fantastic home and a great stay.

Wonderful location...close to Moonstone Beach.. the park was only about a block away. Very nice upscale appliances. The only drawbacks were the chairs in the living room..they were shedding everywhere. The managers said they were being replaced. Everything was very clean, except the windows. Would I return? Yes!!!

The home is wonderful.However, the Fireplace was not functioning, we were told it required NEW batteries...the person or persons who clean should inspect this when they clean the home.When the keys are given to the Renter ALL equipment must be functioning properly!!!!The Garage is too small to fit a van or larger SUV��

This is a gorgeous home in a perfect location on Park Hill - steps away from Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach. It's still got that "new house" smell. The views from upstairs are incredible. It was raining the whole weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the deck much. But we definitely enjoyed the push-button convenience of the fireplace. My wife and I went here for a birthday weekend. We've been coming to Cambria for 20 years and this is one of the best houses we've stayed in. The location, the comfort, the amenities can't be beat. And the team at Cambria Vacation Rentals is the best! We'll be back!
