The house at 430 Orlando is truly one of a kind in that it is esthetically beautiful inside and out, and the owner has provided every comfort to make your stay restful, peaceful and beautiful. The meadow out the back patio is a slice of heaven and the views and proximity to the ocean is a wonderful experience.

This house was perfect for our 9 day Christmas stay. It is a very well cared for home. It was very organized and clean. The ocean views exceeded our expectations. We loved all the trees around the house and the peaceful feeling it gave us. The couches are lovely along with the big gas fireplace and the new huge TV. We especially enjoyed the trails being so close to the house. We also have much appreciation for the owner allowing our beloved dog to join us.We have already booked this lovely home for next year. We have been loyal customers with CVR for many years and we absolutely love them. They are so kind and caring and have very high standards for their homes. We highly recommend this home.

From the time we arrived until leaving, the home provides it own entertainment for our kids and places around the property created it's own haven.

My husband and I had the best two weeks of relaxation in this home. It truly felt like our own home. We enjoyed grilling on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub, taking walks in Fiscalini and to the ocean, seeing remarkable sunsets, and everything the location has to offer. We have stayed in several rentals in Cambria, and this is our favorite. Thanks Heidi for being to thoughtful and for your immediate response. Our dog loved it too, she didn't want to leave, nor did we. The owner is obviously kind as everything is labeled and has such thoughtful touches, with games, musical instruments, and interesting original art. This is a perfect place to spend with your family or just a couple, so much space and privacy. We will defintely be back. Thanks so much.

My husband and I had a wonderful two plus weeks at the Orlando home in Cambria. It was so lovely, roomy. and comfortable. Heidi from CVR is so generous with her time, helping us to have everything we needed. We have stayed at several homes in Marine Terrace, all great, but this is our favorite. We grilled on the deck, had relaxing hot tubs, walked the paths, and took in remarkable sunsets. The owner of the property must be a caring person, as everything is organized so your stay is enjoyable. It is definitely a good choice for a family, as the layout gives lots of space to enjoy privacy and room for family gatherings. It is so quiet and we slept so well in the master kingsize bed. We will definitely be back.

Another stay in the beautiful home we have been renting for several years. Love the location for it is a short walk to Fiscalini Ranch and the tidepools. Always enjoy the wildlife; the deer that are viewed from the deck and window, and those along the ranch from my favorite bench. Have established many traditions shared with family that also stay nearby. The home is very comfortable and serves my needs very well. Have been renting through Cambria Vacation Rentals for many years, and thus have established a wonderful relationship. They are most helpful, and can contact them if the need arises. Looking forward to next year’s stay.

My family has been coming to Cambria for several years, and this was our favorite rental yet! The location is perfect - ocean views and we could easily walk to Fiscalini. The house is very spacious, comfortable and organized. We appreciated how everything was labeled. The jacuzzi was also a lovely treat at the end of each day. We can't recommend this place enough!

My husband and I loved our first visit to Casa Orlando to celebrate our 24th anniversary in the gorgeous splendor of Cambria at its best. The house is so clean, comfortable and well-equipped we felt comfortable and relaxed right away. We loved our closeness to the ocean and Fiscallini Preserve for daily (usually twice daily) hiking, stars at night, and lovely warm fireplace and quiet, calm environment. It was a wonderful and relaxing time and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time at this rental. Everything was clean, neat and setup perfect. The location and amenities were great and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed for 11 nights in November. Nice, large, well stocked house. Appreciate that everything is so well labeled. Also Appreciated the hot tub. Very near the ranch. Rental agency was excellent. Only two quibbles were 1. Construction going on right across the street. Obviously nothing can be done about it but was noisy beginning at 7 and did work part of the weekend. So if you are super noise sensitive, depending on the construction status may not be the right house. 2. The remote that operates the streaming services (Netflix, Amazon) doesn’t work (the left arrow does just not the right arrow) So for longer stays would be nice to be able to log in to those services and a replacement remote would be great.

This wonderful, comfortable, and inviting home is a gem. Great location, expansive decks, fabulous kitchen, hot tub, AND dog friendly. This is our favorite Cambria house and we can't wait to return again and again. We have been vacationing in Cambria for over 30 years and only stay at Cambria Vacation Rental homes.This house has so many nice touches like bikes to borrow, a telescope to look at the whales and the stars, and gorgeous outdoor spaces. A delight to return to this house after a day exploring all that Cambria and the Central Coast have to offer. Truly a home away from home!

This is our second visit to Casa Orlando, and it was as wonderful as we remembered it! The home is spacious, quiet, and very well equipped. You cannot beat the location near the Fiscalini preserve and the ocean!

We enjoyed our stay at 430 Orlando Drive. The house was spacious with multiple decks and a hot tub. The location near a beautiful ocean walking path was great. And it was a short drive to town.

We came for a family get away and thoroughly enjoyed all the house had to offer, especially the location. Just steps away from great hiking and the coast. The property manager was awesome. When we discovered an appliance wasn't working, they delivered a replacement within an hour of our call. Very responsive and helpful.

We love this House and can't wait to return, it has a perfect floor plan, open and airy living room, very nice kitchen and a great hot tub. The spacious master bedroom was so relaxing and warm, we felt right at home and were very happy to be so close to the Fiscalini Preserve trails. The home is as lovely, spacious, and comfortable as shown in the pictures. The amenities, from comfortable bedding, robes and slippers in each bedroom to the variety of available features and activities in the living room and throughout demonstrate a host that really cares about their guests experience. From games, a telescope to bicycles! The managing team is friendly, responsive, and professional. The location has trees and ocean views where you'd want them and is just a few minute's walk to fabulous seaside trails and ocean access. This helped to make an amazing weekend for our party of four adults and two children (9 and 11). Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. All rooms were exactly as depicted on the website, and well appointed. The ONLY thing we wished we had brought with us was our Amazon fire stick for more movie viewing options.

This is a beautiful home with dramatic interior spaces and a great location. We only used the rooms on the upper level but the downstairs looked inviting as well. One of the downstairs bedrooms is furnished with a bunk bed that would be perfect for a couple of kids. There is a nice view of the ocean from the dining area. The Wifi connection was very strong. We weren't able to get closed captioning on the TVs but I'm not sure whether it is unavailable or we just didn't know how to access it. We found the windows a little sticky but I think this is a common problem in homes this close to the ocean.

We had a most wonderful stay at the Orlando home in Cambria for a week in May. We have visited Cambria many times and have always wanted to stay near the ocean and Fiscalini preserve. This home is a few short blocks away from both, and my husband and I immensely enjoyed our time along with our two big dogs. The house is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

This is our favorite rental home in Cambria. Just steps away from Fiscalini Ranch, where we love to hike. It so roomy and well-appointed. The linens in the master bedroom are all high quality and the mattress is great. We sleep so well here.The gas grill on the porch is ideal for a BBQ in the evening. The rest of the home is equally well appointed. It even has an E-piano, which I love to play. (Would be nice if it had a foot pedal for the sustain.)Cambria is one of our favorite vacation stops, and we travel a lot. The mild ocean climate is perfect and local restaurants give a lot of food options.Cambria Vacation Rentals is easy to works with. We are renting from them since more than 10 years and always come back. Heidi and her team are doing a great job.

My husband & I spent 10 days here in August 2023. Weather was amazing at 58 to 70 degrees with occasional fog. Great room on the main level was comfortable with nice views looking towards the Pacific Ocean. We saw up to 8 mule deer in AM & PM & heard dove. We enjoyed many restaurants, wineries from Cambria to Cayucos, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach and back into Paso Robles. Quiet residential neighborhood.

Beautiful home! Spacious and a joyful vibe. Everything was just as described, and hoped it would be!! Nightly deer off the patio made it even more memorable, as well as the close walks along the coast line. Can’t wait for us to return.

Enjoyed our week and would stay again. small items: downstairs bathroom door needs to be undercut since new tile installed; stylis on phonograph broken; could not remove "close captioning" on TV, perhaps better instructions for an old man. None of this detracted from our stay.

The house was spacious which we enjoyed. Our son enjoyed the video games in the house and we all enjoyed the view. The only thing we didn’t like were the beds. They were a bit stiff. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. 8 out of 10!!

Our daughters loved the keyboard and played a few games. (They also took the water drought messages seriously and opted for no showers—lol—so the downstairs bathroom should have been super easy to clean!) We found the couch in the living room to be very comfortable, and my husband was impressed that there was a keurig. We liked the close access to the walking trails and look forward to renting this house again, as it’s a keeper!

This home was huge and amazing. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. In the evening everyday, deer would sit in the back yard was well as beautiful bluejays in the trees. The kitchen was labeled and stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils. The view was amazing and we used the fireplace kept us warm on cold days. We can't wait to enjoy this home again. Beautiful home! Highly recommend this house.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this well kept home located adjacent to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. The house is well stocked and very private with a deer family as neighbors, grazing regularly in the large double lot next door

The house at 430 Orlando (which we stayed at before) is comfortable and has an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The owner has painstakingly labeled everything in the cooking area for your convenience. You are close to the coast (East-West Trail) and ocean overlooks, as well as the village of Cambria. The hot tub (new) is a nice added touch. Great vacation rental.

It has everything our family could want, including wonderful outdoor spaces (firepit! spa!), a computer and printer, instruments, a big game table (plus games and puzzles), a TV/DVD plus turntable, a digital game console (huge win for us), exercise equipment and more. Probably my favorite thing is how organized the home is, with everything--including some emergency supplies--well-organized and labeled. From windchimes in the master bedroom to a whimsical lamp in the kids' room, this house is just perfect. The hardest part is leaving.

Our stay was pleasant as always. This was our third stay. Kitchen Is nicely equipped except that there were ants. We had to keep the counters exceptionally clean otherwise the ants came daily. Lower floor queen bedroom could use heavier blanket as the weather is cooling down and it's much cooler down stairs. Also morning sunlight also does come in strong in this room because there are only light curtains. Hot tub was broken after specifically being told it was working at time of booking. Views of the ocean are significantly blocked by trees which should be trimmed but there is enough view to enjoy. House is perfectly located with only a short walk down to the beach.

Great stay! We have stayed at this house on several occasions and love the location. Very clean upon our arrival. The only disappointment was the hot tub which was in the process of being repaired.

The house was wonderful for my group. We found it to be larger than the photos show. Everything was clean and functional. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we cooked a lot. One minor note - the top bunk bed downstairs felt a bit rickety, but we didn't need to use it.

The rental experience is always very pleasant and easy to use. We were generally satisfied with our stay - only very minor things that needed to be addressed and were taken care of quickly. We have always had an issue with the couch in the living room. It is attractive and looks new, but it's very uncomfortable to sit in (broken down seats) and there is nothing to put your feet up onto unless you sit sideways. The table in front of the couch is not useful for comfort. Putting extra pillows from downstairs on the seat and using a back pillow helps, but it isn't optimum. The kitchen is great! The location is great. And the cleanliness is always great. We don't blame the nice ladies in the Management office for the furniture issues as that is the responsibility of the owners. There are a lot of amenities in the house that are wonderful if you use the exercise equipment, the musical instruments, the video game console and the telescope. It's a very roomy house with high ceilings upstairs. Deer have a regular path they walk next to the home and it's a delight this time of year to see all the spring babies with the Does. We would use this home again, but there are others that are great and a change is nice from time to time. We have been visiting Cambria for over 50 years and lived here for two.

White water ocean views, chef's kitchen with convection oven, the most realistic and warming gas fireplace I have ever seen, big screen TV with sound system, kids gaming system, high powered telescope, bicycles, piano, guitar and even a bongo drum - not only does this house have everything you could ever want - it has a fantastic handbook explaining everything and labels on drawers so you know where everything is! We stayed in this house Labor Day weekend and when we arrived for Christmas week we found even more improvements! (The magnetic blinds and giant fans are awesome!) The only drawback is the hot tub is being replaced and the new one isn't there yet - but the way this owner maintains and cares for this house I'm sure it will be 'state of the art' when it arrives.

430 Orlando was just what we needed for a weekend reboot. The house was very clean and well appointed. Additionally, the management company made the key handoff safe and easy during COVID, something we appreciated. Location was a block from the open space ranch which was the perfect way for us to start our days.

Overall the property is in a great location with great views. Pick-up and drop off of keys needs to be easier, climbing the stairs after 8 hours of driving is challenging. There should be more glass microwaveable bowls (2-3 qt.). Several of the dining room chairs are wobbly and could use re-gluing. Ants were on the kitchen counter, more large wine glasses and a few more large coffee mugs.

This house was another great one in Marine Terrace--my favorite location in Cambria. The home is very clean and organized, with a lot of attention paid to making the guests visit an enjoyable one! The house has a spacious floor plan, a dining deck, sun deck, ocean views and a hot tub. It is perfect for a couple, a family or a group of friends. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Cambria Vacation Rentals seamless booking process was definitely the "best" we've ever experienced on many visits to the Central Coast! Communications top notch. Very personable staff. The home exceeded our expectations. Very clean. Kitchen a cook's dream. Great walking neighborhood and views. Mule deer activity from the home's various decks entertaining. Enjoyed an easy drive to a unique winery in Paso Robles! The local Friday Farmer's Market a must.

Was a very nice stay. But had to clean house when I arrived there was pet hair all over house. But over all house was great location and equipped.

We have stayed at this rental before. It's a lovely home and we always enjoy our stay. The only item we would like to request, is rather challenging. The couch is not comfortable. The seat cushions and under support sags and we don't enjoy sitting on it for long. It causes back issues. We tried putting the spare throw pillows under the seat cushions which helps a little, but there ya go. They probably won't change that couch any time soon, but it's the same one we have always had there. Otherwise - great house.

We've been vacationing in Cambria for nearly 20 consecutive years. We've stayed in a number of different properties, but once we found 430 Orlando, we don't even think about looking for another property. We like the short walk to the beach and being close to hiking and biking trails. And it's a real treat after a long day of playing hard to return and relax in the beautiful outdoor hot tub. Sublime!The house is always in immaculate condition and feels so comfy and homey. We really appreciate the excellent, service-oriented rental management staff - they have never failed to go above and beyond to make our stay the very best.

I enjoyed staying at this property. It had all the comforts of home and more! Very clean and well organized. Nice view of the ocean. Slept well. Loved the peace and quiet. Would recommend as well as stay there again.

Decks on the back of the house take advantage of shade in the afternoon, and the views are good but not spectacular. The gas BBQ grill is in a bad spot that blocks some of the view. We have been enjoying Cambria getaways for almost 30 years, staying in many rental homes over the decades, and this one is definitely the finest of all! Huge home with all the amenities, gorgeous views from the the decks and inside the home. Great, well stocked kitchen, tons of room to enjoy and kick back, cozy fireplace, outdoor fire pit, bbq and hot tub. The deer can be seen every evening. Walking to the different trails at Fiscalini Ranch or down to Lampert Tide Pools were some of our favorite daily routines. Love, love, love this home. Perfect Cambria location. Already planning our return!

Home is excellent and well maintained. Owners have gone out of their way to make it feel like your own home as much as possible. We had to cut our trip should due to the nature of my work as an expert witness. The management did refund part of my prepaid fees for one week stay out of almost four weeks prepaid. I wish they could have done better but said they would take any additional refund "Into consideration" but that was that so I lost one week of use of the property that I had paid for because of the legal requirement to appear at a deposition.

For nearly 20 years we have been reinvigorated by the beauty, peace, and character of our beloved Cambria. We've rented homes from different vacation rentals but none compares to the caliber of homes and service of Cambria Vacation Rentals. The staff is gracious, caring and quick to take care of any concerns that may arise. We have never had a bad vacation when renting from CVR.

The only issue was the shortage of wash cloths and hand towels. 4 guests but only 3 of the above.

Have used this property manage group for six years now. Stayed at this location four times. This is our go to place for R&R

Second time we have rented this home, and will rent it again. Home is perfect for our needs. Have stayed in the area many times. We find it very restful and relaxing. Love Cambria!

We've stayed here many times and it feels like home away from home. Love the view, the nearby hiking trails, the home, and the amenities like robes and slippers in each closet. Janet and Heidi are terrific and always make us feel welcome. We're always sad to leave and happy to return.
