We love staying here at the “chicken house” as we affectionately call it! It offers everything we are looking for, privacy, beautiful trees, and wildlife. It’s a stones throw down to the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch, so it is our choice when enjoying the Central Coast.

This location was amazing! The house was very serene and the wildlife blended right in with the house. the Jacuzzi was amazing 👏. The house was very roomy and well kept. Few things that could use some touch, the bbq grill was all rusted over and not safe to cook, the sauté pans in the kitchen also had rust, I think from being washed in the dishwasher.

This home is comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. We had some power issues that were caused by unforeseen circumstances and Heidi was extremely responsive and empathetic to the issue. We would definitely choose this home again for a relaxing vacay. Thanks again, Heidi. Your customer service and attention to detail is what keeps us coming back to CVR for vacation rentals. The location and home could not be better. The light is the house with all the beautiful windows is magical. It is a very quiet neighborhood and therefore, very peaceful. The house was very clean and had every accommodation one would need.

The owners of this palace of a home thought of everything .Watched deer from the jacuzzi! Beautiful!

this was our second year staying at this wonderful home. I look forward to staying next year. Clean and good location.

This house had plenty of room, everything you could need to cook a large meal, furniture was comfortable and in good shape, beds were comfortable. The only thing we would have liked to have is TVs that worked in the bedrooms, the cable did not work and they are not smart TVs so we couldn’t stream on them. The spa and deck were relaxing and we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights as a respite from the Central Valley heat wave. We loved the spacious rooms and comfy living area. The kitchen is light and airy and I enjoyed cooking in it frequently and being able to enjoy the surroundings trees. The area is quiet and peaceful other than the last day we were there and leaf blower came through.

We have stayed in Cambria many times and the homes of CVS are always luxurious and spotless. Never had a bad experience with them. So this time again. we had a great stay in Cambria again.

Overall this is a nice place to stay. The master bedroom was very good. Good seating in living area. Fireplace was lovely . The downstairs bedrooms were difficult to keep warm. The kitchen was clean but missing hand soap and coffee filters which we purchased at Cookie Crock. The bathroom towels were frayed which was surprising for a nice place. Front steps very slippery in the rain. We avoided them. Used garage entrance always.

Nestled in the pines, this home is a perfect getaway. The home is cheery, comfortable, and roomy. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the home was charming. We loved sitting on the deck watching the squirrels and deer.

Very comfortable home to rent! Lots of room, hot tub on back deck! Nestled in a wooded lot with nature in the back yard. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the first home we felt really safe in, there was a locked key box outside for anyone who might need access when the rental is not occupied and we were able to secure the doors with a lock so no one could enter with a key; which happened to us in another home. The only thing that bothered us is every home we have enter rented has the back door and every window unlocked when we arrive so I spend a lot of time securing the home when we get there. We had a great time while we were there, our grand kids loved it !

We've stayed in this rental before and always enjoyed it. And now there are some recent upgrades. New refrigerator, dishwasher, BBQ and hot tub. And as always, lots of deer in neighborhood.

What a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is open and homey. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was important to us. The deer who appeared in the back yard every evening were fun to watch too. We would definitely stay here again We always appreciate the friendliness of Cambria Vacation Rentals, too. First off the place was amazing, it opened up to a beautiful forest surrounding with dear walking and grazing below. Everything about the place had a feeling of being welcome, will for sure want to stay in this crib again.

We had a great time. This is the second time we have stayed at this house. Plenty of room, very comfortable, great location and very clean. It is a fantastic value!
