Peaceful and cozy, with neighborhood deer visits. Three bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, near the ocean, with hot tub. In the quiet pines of Lodge Hill.
3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Double beds . Large flat screen TV, DVD, TV in each bedroom. Wireless high speed internet, gas log fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, gas BBQ on deck, single garage space, hot tub. You can watch the deer and the woodpeckers from the deck or the hot tub! The house has recent upgrades and new living room furniture. This is a split level home. From the entry, if you go a few stairs upstairs, that is the main part of the house including the master bedroom and bathroom, with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. There is a half bath in the hallway outside the master bedroom. The downstairs is the Queen bedroom, and the bedroom with 2 Double beds. There is a full bathroom(tub/shower) in the hallway. This is a very comfortable, well-maintained and peaceful home that you are destined to enjoy!

Our family of 5 adults absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of room allowed us to unwind without feeling cramped in a hotel. The hot tub was great and the string lighting in the yard was a nice touch. Sit out on any of the balconies and enjoy the singing birds in the morning, or the stars at night. Very quiet and comfortable just like we expected for a home in Cambria. We will also always remember our stay as the special place we were when our son was accepted into UCLA! Hoping to be back soon. Thank you!

We love staying here at the “chicken house” as we affectionately call it! It offers everything we are looking for, privacy, beautiful trees, and wildlife. It’s a stones throw down to the ocean and Fiscalini Ranch, so it is our choice when enjoying the Central Coast.

This location was amazing! The house was very serene and the wildlife blended right in with the house. the Jacuzzi was amazing 👏. The house was very roomy and well kept. Few things that could use some touch, the bbq grill was all rusted over and not safe to cook, the sauté pans in the kitchen also had rust, I think from being washed in the dishwasher.

This home is comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. We had some power issues that were caused by unforeseen circumstances and Heidi was extremely responsive and empathetic to the issue. We would definitely choose this home again for a relaxing vacay. Thanks again, Heidi. Your customer service and attention to detail is what keeps us coming back to CVR for vacation rentals. The location and home could not be better. The light is the house with all the beautiful windows is magical. It is a very quiet neighborhood and therefore, very peaceful. The house was very clean and had every accommodation one would need.
